name of it for the life of me, it starts out in this apartment complex
where this little girl is getting beaten by her parents and the next
door neighbor sees and doesnt do a thing about it, so the little girl
is sitting on this balcony thing smoking and two guys walk buy and
kill her whole family in the apartment complex. then the next door
neighbor adopts the girl becuase she had no where esle to go. twoards
the end of the movie, the cops are called in at the neighbors
apartment and he kills all of the cops and the neighbor guy dies and
the little girl was left witha bunch of money.
i dont remeber who the actors were in this movie. can someone please
help?
