For the past few weeks, I've had some issues with my parents. I'm a
big music fan and can't put my energy anywhere else but in playing the
guitar. That was until I started noticing the drums on the songs I was
listening to. The way it makes the whole song vibrate in my mind just
baffles me. Even though the whole melody sounds so simple , it's an
extraordinary difficult task to be able to produce those sounds. Even
more it's a hell of a workout.
Now, all the advantages I've told my parents about playing the drums,
didn't help me. Up until today I am still not allowed to buy one. I
said I'd buy an electric drum kit : no noise, doesn't take up too much
space, etc.. I said I'd work for it during the year and during my
vacation to pay for it myself.
Are there ways to persuade my parents even more so I can finally get
on my stool and rock?
